You can return products within 14 days after receiving them provided that all items are in perfect and unused condition with all the original tags attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or returned without labels and designer authenticity cards may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please note that the request for categories such as Evening wear, undergarments, swimming suits, fragrances must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the items. Shoes should be returned unmarked along with the packaging. Please note that refunds will be made after deducting the cost of shipping both ways. Please refer to the Returns section for more details.
